I have encountered ignorance and poor customer service from a supposed manager, Fred on more than one occasion. I couldn’t tell because you are never in ups uniform. You don’t speak or conduct yourself as a manager. You should be taking out the trash. To the owner, if this is who you have representing your store I don’t know how he can be anyone’s manager. You are losing customers because of him. I will NEVER set foot at this location ever again. I will tell everyone I know as well as those I don’t not to bring anything to this location. Go to Belle Chasse Hwy for professional service from staff and management. And Fred…I want to vomit every time I think of you. You need to retire!!!

This place has the worst customer service on all the UPS sites. I’ve gone to drop stuff off the worst customer service really horrible. They need to just shut it down.

Worst Experiences Ever!!Yes Experiences with a (s).Each time I have been there,it was always a crisis.Not enough tape,label attached wrong, need printed label from them.I left one day in tears because of shocks they wouldn't let me return.Told me I had to have 4 separate labels.Well it wasn't sent in 4 separate labels. It was sent in ONE LABEL.Told me I had to contact amazon.Was on the phone with amazon for weeks.The return window expired.So now I am stuck with 4 shocks which I ordered that didn't fit my car.$465.00 is what I am out.Is this a scheme between Amazon and UPS???.And as far as the tape senario,is that the uncharge scam?Never will I fo there ever.I am recently widowed and this really was a set back.Not necessary to reply contact us to talk about it.Yall had your chance to rectify the situation.

I was there dropping off Amazon returns today. It was busy but still the service was expeditious and very friendly. The tall young man with the long hair particularly stood out - he provided fast, effective customer service with a smile and a personal touch. Good job.
