The woman who assisted us at the postal service was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. She yelled at me, and it felt like she was one step away from physically attacking me. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

9am Monday June 9, 2025 a woman at the FrontDesk (African American with short blonde curly hair) was sooo rude. I wanted to send my mom gift through them but I just left, this lady dismissed me so quick I had to turn back around cause I had another question.. then when I told her she rushed me off she said she didn’t. She really needs to work on her customer service skills, I wanted to go off on her but I just got off of work and I was tired.

The worst post office I’ve ever been to. Everytime I go it’s “a thing”. I came here to seek out the self service kiosk THAT IS ALWAYS OUT OF ORDER. I have dyslexic and my handwriting isn’t the best so I use that bc it finds the address automatically. Well its broke so I have to go to window The lady tells me she can’t understand the address I wrote and I need to step to the side and write it correctly. I ask if I can read the address off my phone and she type it in so I don’t mess it up. She says “No, step to the side and write it” You have to type it anyways? Well Today I go to the self service kiosk where I can type the address myself and instead of a legible label, it spits out this 3 inch piece of paper that is missing ink. So Once again I have to go the window. I simply ask if I can get a reprint, she says no and no to a refund as well. I once again explain my handwriting situation bc she says it’s hard to read and what does the lady do? She TYPES IT IN. I ask if I can take a picture of the envelope and label for proof and she says “pictures aren’t allowed in the post office but you can step to the side and take a picture away from the camera” it is just one stupid thing after another here.

Extremely rude service, my first time trying to return something and I asked a worker for help and she completely ignored me and kept using aggressive hand motions with me as if I’m a child or don’t speak English. Then she proceeded to lock me out of the establishment and it wasn’t even closing time. I don’t understand why I was treated with such disrespect.

Very bad customer service. Today, May 20, I brought 2 packages to the checkout that is available 24/7. It was 5 PM. The employee was taking out all the packages. I gave my 2 packages to her and she didn't want to take them. She said it was already closed. to leave them in the box... it was so easy to grab them so that my packages will reach their destination faster.. PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED

My package was stolen from Summerfield Apts and they told me someone would call (which they did at 8:30pm) but I tried calling them the next day (for a hour) NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! Worst Post Office EVER!!!!! I wish it was a way to give them NO STARS because they don’t deserve ANY!!!!! Someone need to look in on why they don’t answer the phones!

Whatever postman that delivers to St Germaine Apts rarely delivers our mail, s/he puts it in whatever box they choose, and I also have proven theft! After not receiving my Christmas Cards, I've sent tester cards out at different post offices around the metro, inside drop box and out of 3 I haven't received any of them at my address and it's now been over a month not received... just like my Christmas cards. I go to this post office and they tell me to buy one of their PO Boxes INSTEAD OF LOOKONG INTO THEIR CARRIERS, so I'm convinced they all into the stealing game together as looking at other reviews lots of things seem to go "missing" from this post office. ?♀️ There's literally fraud going on at this location and federal theft.

I'm disappointed with the USPS's inconsistency. Yesterday, I arrived at 12:30 pm to find it closed without any notice. This isn't the first time it's happened, and it's incredibly frustrating. I won't be using USPS again. I'd rather pay extra at UPS for reliable service and peace of mind knowing my packages will arrive on time.

Very bad customer service!! The self service machine stamps does not stick to the envelopes and nobody helps you, I was told by Dee, the lady at customer services to go home and put glue, she is very rude, very bad service!!!
