My fiancé went into this bank this morning wearing an Anti Biden shirt and before they would help him they made him change because it was offensive to others around.. my fiancé and our family has been banking with Whitney for years. How are people so sensitive that we can’t just handle a simple bank transaction without people getting offended?

Caila Green, I believe was her name is about the worst employee at this place. Waited forever due to minimal staffing which was understandable and once I finally got with her to help me she was supposed to change everything to my married name, order me a new card, as well as change my address. Was told my card should be in in a few weeks. Waited 2 months and still nothing so when making a deposit through the drive through I asked the lady helping me about it. She apparently never even ordered my card, changed my name, or address. What the hell did you even do that day other than waste my time?

Closing location near me. And not enough employees where I have to go to make banking quick. Took 45 minutes in the bank to cash a check. Plus driving time since I have further than I use to.

Hancock Whitney has done a real bang up job of screwing up my banking situation. They have closed 2 branches I use in the last year, leaving just 1 local. Today, their ATM is out of order. There seems to be a lack of competence at the managerial level for the region. As soon as I have the patience and the time to do so, I will be changing banks. So many issues over the years with Hancock Whitney.
