Pharmacy has been absurdly busy lately. Like the car line is 10 cars long and the in store line is 20 people long. If you try and call at any time at all theres always 3+ people ahead of you. Idk if its because they shortened their hours (closed on sundays, only open till 4 on Saturdays) or if they're understaffed or what but its gotten to the point where its flat out ridiculous. None of this is an exaggeration. You'll be waiting over an hour just to speak with someone. I added an extra star because at least everyone there is nice.

I feel bad giving only 3 stars because the people are very nice and I know its not their fault, but it takes a long time. Ever since they switched to Walgreens inside the brookshires the pharmacy kinda sucks. It took an hour and 23 minutes to drop off a prescription and I'm currently in the drive thru line waiting. There's about 10 cars ahead of me and its 4:40, and I haven't moved in the last 30 minutes. I honestly don't know if I'll get the medicine before they close at 7. Please whoever is running the new policies, help your employees and fix this!

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE! DONT GO HERE! They lose prescriptions, give the wrong prescriptions, and hang up on you. Not to mention they are RUDE!

I called the pharmacy this morning and I am so disappointed because they put me on hold for three hours and dropped my call. I understand that everyone is busy but three hours is a long wait just to inquire if my medication is ready for pickup . I hope they will do the same way Brookshire pharmacy did before. This is one of my favorite grocery store. The staffs are very friendly.

I have been a customer for years,but when I called for a refill on one of my prescriptions,the woman who answered the phone argued with me,and even said that medication was not prescribed for my medical issue.Been taking it for 5 years,so rather than continue to be talked down to, I transferred my many prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I called CVS for my daughter's pain meds after four wisdom teeth extraction. They didn't have it, Walgreens the lady on the phone was more worried about the conversation going on there and brookshiers had it. With eas.

THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY!!! EVERY TIME I GO THE LINES ARE OUT THE DOOR AND THE DRIVE THRU IS TO THE STREET. THEY ARE SLOW, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE FROM A PHARMACY. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND POSSIBLY WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS STORE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD.

This used to be my go to grocery store because they have just about every thing I need. The pharmacy is a bit slow. I would give this store a 5 star, but ever since they put the self checkout in, it seems that the cashiers are a lot slower. Then every time I go through self checkout during the day time, there is this middle aged white woman who seems to racial profile me. She comes out of nowhere and will make to where she has to clean near you while watching your transaction. I used to work asset protection, so I know what she is doing. This happened to me 3 times with the same lady, so it’s no coincidence. She’s not looking over the white people shoulder (who steal more than black people). Then when I ask her for assistance with my military discount, she gets all mouthy! She needs diversity inclusion training.

I've worked pharmacy & sat & waited at plenty. No pharmacy should allow someone to sit at a drive thru window for upwards of 12-15 minutes. This is a regular occurrence at the Haughton location. Does not matter how angry a customer gets, you ask them to pull around/come back, or come inside. [ETA: Total time spent in drive-thru line was 37mins. Was quite ill, thus not going inside]

There is absolutely no reason for them to be as slow as they are. They DO NOT get in a hurry. Heaven forbid that they get more than one person to work the counter or move at anything other than a snail's pace. My beard grew an inch the last time I had to wait to pick up a prescription. Your prescription will be expired by the time they finally get to you.
