Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket chain focused on excellent customer service, quality meats, fresh produce, and full-service deli and bakeries. Established in 1928 and based in Tyler, Texas, Brookshire's has over 100 locations across Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Customers appreciate the stores' cleanliness, helpful employees, and small-town feel, even as the business has grown. Recent improvements, such as cleaner stores and more attentive staff, have been noted. While prices may be higher than at some competitors, Brookshire's offers the convenience of an in-store pharmacy, making it a popular choice for local shoppers.
This location isn't what it use to be. Produce sometimes not as good as it should be. Some employees could use a refresher course in customer service.

The store has a lot of offerings for a small area. The beef was extremely expensive though and I opted to pass on it. That doesn't mean the quality was bad, just the price.

Dependable for all your shopping and holiday needs. Staff is responsible and many are quite genuine with patrons. All departments keep pace with the demands and standards of the community. Parking lot has flow issues during heavy traffic.
