TDRL: Do NOT use this FedEx OnSite location, unless you want your package opened and potentially stollen/misplaced
Late review. Here’s why…
- On/about 9/6/24 i had my package changed to be picked up here (it required a signature/id). It was an insta360 setup, about $500 worth.
- Took a minute for it to get directed there. 4 days went by where FedEx said it was dropped off at this location. Although this location and DG said they didn’t have it. FedEx assured me it was there.
- I showed up here. The two kind employees could not find it. Was looking for about 20 minutes.
- One kind employee then called someone, that person told them where she put my package/merchandise.
- The person on the phone opened up my package! Idk why, it was addressed to me. *** this is a federal offense *** instead on placing my contents back in the box. That employee then placed my merchandise on the shelf behind the register with other DG merchandise.
- thankfully, one of the kind employees working in the store was able to insure all my items were there and sincerely apologized (even though it wasn’t their fault).
- ****what the employee on the phone did was a federal crime. *** Why would she open a package not addressed to the store. Furthermore, why would she place my merchandise (that no DG in the world sells) on the shelf with other DG merchandise and throw away my box. No note left behind and my stuff misplaced in front of and behind other DG items.

The door has tape all over too lazy to take a razor and scrape it off. One register is down with a handwritten note on it. No employees anywhere everything is up for grabs to be stolen. I had to holler to find someone. She told me I had to check myself out that her cashier called in sick. Everyone should be trained on the register. Boxes everywhere, perfect place to trip and file a lawsuit.

I tried working here the managers didn’t have a care in the world and oh it’s nasty , trashy and they don’t know how to run a store . The bathroom nasty too . Never shopping there again or try to work there lmao ! pls don’t try to work here or shop .

Store is dirty. Stuff is thrown all through the aisles onto the floor. Prices are not as marked. Rolltainers are blocking entry to aisles. No employees in sight.

Store is a dump. Stock blocking aisles. Employees are never up front at register. For some reason, they cannot sell soda? Years ago, this store was immaculate and the ladies who ran it were sweet. Now, it's a cesspool.

The main register is never working. There’s one self check out and when you have a buggy full of stuff and 12 people standing in line it’s ridiculous. Also, when a 70 something year old is trying to self check out and has no idea how to do it, and there’s not even ever an associate up there to help, that’s also ridiculous. If their main register isn’t working, then the person who would’ve been on the main register should be standing at the self check out checking us out until corporate gets it fixed. Otherwise just shut down the store it’s always in chaos, nasty and trashy anyways.

The register has been down for weeks. Surely it should be fixed by now. I live right down the street from this location yet I have to drive to the other side of town for a cash register. I don't do self checkout

Words cannot describe the level of incompetence and laziness of the employees at 120 elm Street location, in Haughton. It's pretty bad when, I live just a mile from this location, but I'm willing to drive 15-25 miles away, just to go to a different Dollar General. I've lived here for 10 years and I cannot tell you when the last time I went into that store and they did not have boxes upon boxes, and those carts full all throughout the store, nothing on the shelves. the employees aren't even making an attempt to stock the shelves. Just hope, IF you decide to go-to this location, hope you don't need a buggy, because you're NOT going to be able to get through any isle.... i promise you this today is the last time I go to that store
