First & last time visiting this goodwill location, the older cashier lady is so passive and rude.

It was my favorite store, but for some reason they train all the employees to start screaming an hour before closing to bring your purchases to register, and make everyone feel rushed and unwelcome, the older lady working there constantly says shes ready to go home all day nomatter when you go in. The air condioner and music goes off an hour before closing so it usually gets hot while trying to shop. And. Dont even think about trying to go in at 30 minutes till closing. Usually someone is up by door , sometimes its locked early, they will let you in but let you know you only have a few minutes to look. I used to spend atleast a 100 a week there, but rarely go anymore, i shop at Airline store or other stores because of the whole employee attitudes, and its not the new peoples fault. I have heard them tell all employees to act this way . They should train people better. Business would be better if they had friendlier people.

Sad, we found a prom style dress and the bottom lace was torn. They put it back on with safety pins. I asked if they could take some off since the dress needed to be fixed. The manager said, "No, it's only $15"! $15 for some is a stretch. Wow, really? You can't take some off since I have to get the dress fixed? Not to mention everything in this store is donated!

i bought dolls to put on my online store and next time I will be looking for house ware to sell also I love thrifting at Goodwell Bossier city and Shreveport Louisiana Goodwill doing a outstanding job on product and great prices
