My little Ripley got stung by something and her little face was all swollen. Pet Care worked her in immediately. She was better within hours. Then, a few days later, they called to check on her. Never had that happen before.

Today was my 4th visit at Petcare. I am still amazed at the kindness and understanding with everyone I’ve encountered here. I literally almost cried my first visit because they made it so much less stressful for me. My 140 lb American Bully XL, Achilles, is very difficult yet they make it seem like no problem at all. The previous three visits we’ve had Angel and Dr Kinnebrew. Both are fantastic! There was another lady that I didn’t catch her name but she was awesome as well. Today we had Angel, Dr Brown and another lady (I’m bad about not getting names), they were all amazing. Angel can only be described as literally her name and Dr Brown and Kinnebrew have to be dog whisperers ☺️. I will never choose another vet as long as these ladies are still there. I have yet to meet a staff member here that treated us with anything other than kindness. 10/10 recommend!

Apparently, there are new owners. Things have changed for the better! Staff are very knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and friendly. Always have someone available to help.
Pricing is good. Availability is good. Call for an appointment, or just drop in for some minor things. One-stop shopping for food, prescriptions, and services.
This is a great addition to the Bossier, Haughton, and Princeton areas. Come and see for yourself!

We are new to the area and had to put our dog down. I was pretty devastated. I was wailing, balling and just all around not handling it well. The vet was so caring and kind. They sent a card. I will definitely be using them for our other dogs. The facility is really nice as well.

Yesterday was my very first time at Pet Care. I have a 140 lb American Bully, Achilles, who is very difficult, as he gets rambunctious and stubborn when excited, also slobbers a LOT. Everyone at Pet Care was kind and understanding from the moment we came in. I was stressed because I KNOW he’s difficult, but the way they handled him made me so much more at ease. The ladies that wrestled him like an alligator to get his ears cleaned and medicated and nails clipped, did so with love and laughter. They endured a lot with him, he even showed them he loved them by getting slobber all over them (and the room) and no one complained one time. They laughed and petted him and showed him nothing but love. I am so sorry he’s difficult but so thankful that these ladies made this less stressful for me. Best experience at a Vet ever!

The staff is very nice and the service is fast. It might be a little too fast, though. My dog recently went in for a dental, and when I went to pick him up, I didn't receive his pre-op bloodwork results and I didn't speak to a doctor or tech that assisted in his procedure. I guess no news is good news. I was handed a report card after payment, and that was it. After we left, I noticed he had dried poop and pee on his hind end. I wouldn't expect a full groom, but it would have been nice if they wiped him up before he went home. It was a little disappointing.

Very friendly staff and the doctors treat you and your pet like family. They are always patient and take the time to answer your questions and explain everything to you. Highly recommend.

Hands down the BEST animal clinic I've ever been too.Dr. Brown is gifted with treating animals. Her and her staff are so sweet, very caring and amazing. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for saving and treating our little nugget Draco ❤️ even though he gives yall a tough time, you still love him through his tantrums. I know within time he will grow to love yall just as much as we do
