We stopped by to eat at the Arbys. The food took a while to get but the staff was hospitable and that made it better. We felt pretty comfortable and would go there again. Also, the food was good. Parking was good too!

The worst pilot travel center in parked last night first time staying here so the place were is parked did not have and thing showing that it was paid parking so tell me why at midnight I get a knock on my door telling me that I got to move or pay for the parking cant move bc I'm out of hours don't mind paying if you got the spaces mark and there are no other truck with a paid sticker on them but the lady was cool about making sure I got the to pay for a spot so that's you I gave them 3 stars but they really do need to get out there and mark those spots really as small as the truck stop is it shouldn't even have paid parking

Locking the doors during a forming TORNADO was very classy of yall. I’m NEVER spending my money with Pilot again! Sign said “no power closed.” While the power was on and employees looking at people begging to let them in! Y’all are SICK

I got I've been to a lot of truck stops in my day but this place went an extra step that I've never had anybody do for and I cannot thank them enough for this has got to be my top rated truck stop of all time and that says a lot considering I've been a truck driver and then all across the country but this place is the bomb and they got great coffee.

I will never return to this location how dare you waste a paying customers time 679.00 in fuel and yall got the nerve to tell me I can’t get $50 advance for the coolant I’m purchasing from your location because its night and someone screwed you over before either close this store or hire new management because in my eyes this store is a failure TWO hours of my night lost for some coolant fix yourselves or close the store period I’ve NEVER had this problem before and it’s absolutely ridiculous that you would treat a fueling customer like that idc if you finally agreed to help or not you costed me money and I will be making a second complaint about this problem tomorrow just to get my point across goodbye and god bless
