“I had an excellent experience working with Todd and wanted to share it, especially since I noticed some of the other reviews don’t really reflect the level of service I received. For about three weeks before I even made my purchase, Todd consistently took the time to answer every question I had~thoroughly and patiently, and without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. (Sometimes answering the same question, multiple times, until I fully understood) That kind of communication is rare!! and made a huge difference in helping me feel confident with what I was doing. Throughout the entire process, Todd literally went above and beyond to make sure everything was clear and that I was comfortable every step of the way. It genuinely felt like they were doing everything they could to help me get exactly what I wanted , not just trying make a sale. I was originally referred here by a friend who also had a really good experience, and he was referred by a friend who had the same experience and now I can honestly say the same. If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, patient, and truly committed to helping you, I highly recommend asking for Todd. (Jason was really good to me too, but I mostly dealt with Todd) I will be referring all of my friends to them and my mom will be buying her next car from them too”
