I have been going to 4 Seasons for years.About 2 months ago I was there getting a pedicure when one of the workers dropped a hot towel on my foot twice..My foot had a really bad burning sensation for days to the point I couldn’t put anything across my foot..I called the owner to report what had happened.He offered a free service for what had happened.I didn’t let 1 incident stopped me from going so I was willing to go back I just wasn’t going to the person that dropped the towel.I usually don’t get my nails done too often so I decided to take the offer last Saturday.I called and spoke to the wife where she stated I got the free service already which I DID NOT!! I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO LIE!! I TOLD HER TO CHECK THEIR RECORDS WHICH WILL PROVE I DID NOT!! She claim she was going talk to her husband but I never heard back from her.I even tried calling back and left a voicemail but no one ever called back.I messaged them on facebook and still no return call nor message! DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR IT!!! THE LADY IN THE CIRCLE PIC IS THE LADY THAT DROPPED THE EXTREMELY HOT TOWEL NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!!

The staff is friendly and wants you to be satisfied with their work. This was the first time I tried this place. I will definitely go back. I am very satisfied with the way my nails look.

I saw Katie for my eyelash extensions. I was so stunned by the outcome. Even with my eye allergies, they held up long and strong. I'd 10 out of 10 recommend.❤️Service: Eyelash extensions

Horrible experience, they didn't cut my daughter's nails before placing the tip, that's unprofessional, they couldn't make the design she wanted and they hurt her, they didn't finish with cuticle oil, and the person who attended her was rude. very expensive for such low quality. I wish that I had looked at previous reviews before I went to this dump! So disgusting, they do not clean their instruments between clients-yuck! Then they offered me a coupon after the worst pedicure I have ever had. NEVER AGAIN

I used to go across town to get my mani/pedis done. When I found out about this place, I gave it a try. Every new place I try out I ask about Nightmare Before Christmas. I wanted to see if it was possible here, and sure enough.I LOVE the way my nails came out!!Excellent service, friendly people, family atmosphere, child sized chairs available for pedicures.
