I use to work for Aaron’s recently I quit due to I was not being trained properly my boss looks at me every time I had a question and said I was asking to many questions that I should have knew already said I was not firm enough to be the cam because I have compassion for ppl ?? My grandma is in the hospital and I being harassed about store keys to turn them or or he will illegally pull it off my check I have no issue with turning my keys in but don’t threatening me with illegal stuff my employee purchased was pull out my check my account is paid in full talking bout he’s converting me back to a customer they mad cause I quit but I will be contacting the dm on this situation.. I hope u have great success nothing less but for u to come at me like this while my grandma is in the er is not ok u do not care bout ur customers or ur employees and it shows on the reviews u have

Stopped by 6pm Fri 09/23, Couple decades in RTO.Showroom was immaculate! Pre-rent/return room SAME!Employees ON THE BALL! Mentioned was just waiting for family,didn't matter, I left with a full understanding of the Aarons program, was shown specific items if I just glanced at them. The folks were friendly, professional, VERY informative & knowledgeable about theAarons program and the merchandise, she built an almostimmediate rapport with me. I was IMPRESSED!!! If my family hadn't shown up WHO KNOWS I might have signed an agreement!! P.S. Yes I left with a flyer in hand!! lolol GREAT FOLKS!!! KUDOS!

Couldn't find an employee and then when we did, she told us to fill out an application and she would return. Got tired of waiting for her to return so left and made the purchase at Lowe's instead

They pick up their merchandise that they delivered and trying to say they missing pieces. You get what u deliver this Aaron's is all messed up and I am trying not to curse nobody but they crossing the wrong path

They shouldn't even be getting one star. I explained that I needed them to pick up my furniture before a certain date. They kept saying that they would call me back. After hours of not having my call returned, I went into the store to schedule the pick up. The general manager supposedly scheduled my pick up, but when the day came...no one showed up to pick up my sofa set. Before the store closed, My husband called and a woman sarcastically told him that we were still on the schedule to have our furniture picked up. MY FURNITURE NEVER GOT PICKED UP. So now I'm livid because I have two living room sets in my home, the day before I am to host a family function for the 4th of July. I have called corporate and reported them and their poor service. I should have known they weren't great at customer service because it took 2 weeks for me to receive the furniture in the first place. And when I went into the store they were playing explicit music (I had my 7 and 3 year old with me) I AM very disappointed in their service. I would never recommend them.
