I’m rating this from the unprofessional service I received from one staff member when I showed up to exchange an oxygen tank before closing on Wednesday May 20, 2020.-First- I looked online & it shows closing @ 3:30pm.-Second- We made a phone call before we left to go exchange the tank to see what time they closed because we’re coming from a distance, was told 3:15pm that they were closing. So I headed over.-Third- I get there at 3:13pm and doors were locked, so I called and they said that they closed at 3:00pm. Then I explained that we had called and was told differently. I was put on hold to talk to the person who took our phone call and he was just rude as can be. He talked to me like I was a bother to him when he had to do his job, no manners or please or thank you. Very rude. I felt very unwelcome and I was getting a bit upset, but I was able to exchange my bottle and I’m thankful for that and that only.-Lastly- My point isyou advertise open-closes:Closes @ 3:30 onlineCloses @ 3:15 per phoneCloses @ 3:00 in person?????????????????????????????????And when someone like me shows up with just one oxygen bottle to exchange, I’m treated as though I just ruined the whole company’s schedule.I’m sorry but if I was told the correct closing time for that day, this whole rating would be 5 star, but all it takes is 1 unhappy employee to ruin it.If you’re unhappy-get another job-request to get off early-work in the warehouse away from the publicso you don’t have to deal with the public and treat them like sh*t.*this rating is only for the service I received from that 1 employee *Other than that *****5 star to everyone and everything else.
