“Very busy location next to Rouses with multiple tellers avaliable as well as an inside atm and 2 outside atms which depending on the time of day the screens are hard to make out. The employees are all super friendly and accurate which is very important. I take advantage of the free checks avaliable and enjoy using the Chase Disney Debit Card. Its really easy getting out of the parking lot onto st charles or the side street and being next to a traffic light makes it all work out”

“Tell Thomas we had to go upstairs we arrived a half an hour after the closing of wire transfers the lady you spoke to was very very reluctant to help. That's a shame I know a couple of guys that sit on the board here and they would probably turn over in their sleep if they knew that. Past experiences have been very good with these folks it's just that lady that day really was more concerned I think we're getting off then helping us”

“The only thing I don't like bout Whitney Bank is my monthly account fee cause I wanted my saints debit card and I couldn't get it with a simply free checking. And if you withdraw money at a non Whitney ATM they charge a extra 3 bucks. Like really most ATM's charge a 3 bucks just for using them.”

“My wife and I first entered a Synergy Bank at the Main Office/Branch on ML King Blvd. It was our last hope to get some important documents notarized. We had already been to our bank less that a mile away. The branch manager of our bank sent us to a self-employed notary who had closed earlier in the day. When we walked into the Synergy Bank there were only a few minutes left in the business day. All the staff was busy and smiling. We asked the greeter if there was a notary in house and were preparing to leave when to our shock, the greeter said, "We don't just have one notary, but we have 5!" We almost fell out. Since then, our relationship has grown.”
