Never, in my entire life, has the process of buying a car been painless and easy, until this experience with Barker Honda. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and everyone who helped me, from Mark, the salesman, to Chance, in the finance department. This is our second Honda from Barker’s dealership. Over a year ago I meet the sales person, Lakyn Brown at Barker Honda in Houma. We test drove a Honda Ridgeline truck and before we got 1/2 mile from the dealership I knew it was the truck for me. As an extremely studious vehicle buyer, there were many concerns and questions. Lakyn worked with me via texts and phone calls. When she didn’t know to correct answer she’d say so. After research she would get back to me with an accurate reply. She never ever pressured me to buy. It’s not in her nature. In my 73 years of life, I’ve never met another sales person that I’d rather deal with. If a you are considering a Honda, do yourself a favor and ask for Lakyn Brown.
The Barker Honda dealership always met my reasonable price request. I can’t say a single negative them about them.
