I went to this store today with my husband. He locked truck before I got my face mask. I followed him to the store, I called to him to stop. We were just inside the door when I asked him to give me the keys so I could get it. The woman at the door made a seen calling me, I turned and told her I know I need a mask give me a minute. I than got the keys and turned to leave to go back out and get mask. She stood there with everyone around and told me "if you knew you needed a mask you should have brought it with you the first time". She was very rude when saying it. Than I went to meet husband in auto department to return Marine battery that we bought five days ago because it was a 12volt but only putting out 9 volt. It wouldnt even run troll motor. After waiting 25 mins for manager to even come to the department he said it needed to be tested that would take a hour. Than we were told if it was bad we had to get the same battery no refund either. After testing battery it was bad as we had told them. They did not have another one would not give refund or let us upgrade. He called walmart on MLK to see if they had one, they did and he told them to hold it for us we were coming to get it to replace bad one. When we got to MlK store they told us we would have to wait so they could test it. We explained everything we had just done at other store they sent us there. We were told it didnt matter they needed to test it again, because they had not tested it themselves. We had to wait another hour. It will be a cold day in h*ll before I go to Walmart again.
