Horrible service cricket warranty send nt replacement device to 1299 W Tunnel i go to 1299 wtunnel ask if my replacement phone was there im told that cricket is allowed to accept personal packages i leave print my ups tracking and the cricket warranty email stating the address im told that crown wireless owns the location i ask how to contact crown three people there tell me they do not know how to contact them and i lady stated she didnt work for cricket but crown but she didn't have any contact info and i should stop talking to her i have 10 lines with cricket i think i should port over to someone else
