Very clean, a lot of products, and super sweet. I asked for a specific nail design and received it. They were very efficient. I also feel they have good quality products. They took their time and my pedicure and my acrylics were both about 1.15 hour services. The pedicure was like the gift that kept on given. They werent rushed to get to the next client and it was very relaxing. I will be back.

I recently visited and had a disappointing experience. Despite the nice nail work, I encountered an issue during my pedicure. The technician noticed a dark spot under my toenail right before applying the final polish. He consulted with another technician in their native language, who advised against fixing it. I informed them about the issue once I noticed what was going on, but the under the nail cleaning, included in the service, was not done. The fact that the technician was instructed not to fix it reflects poor quality service. I paid $130 but will not be returning due to this experience.

most expensive nail salons I have ever been to i’ve went to many nails salons and never have paid this much. I usually get them way longer and never pay $50 for short nails

The tech (I didn't get her name) worked extra hard on my nails after I had a bad experience at another salon. However, the person who did my toes was a little rude (it was my first time going) she did clean up her work & left polish on my skin. She also cut one of my nails way too short & it hurts so bad. $115? I got a $25 basic pedi, Tiffany said my nails were $50. But $50 plus $25 isn't right.
Update: Went back in January of 2023 just to give them a second chance. WORST IDEA EVER...I got the $40 basic manicure She used some kind of Electric drill on my feet and my feet were still wet. It burned so bad, Then she used hot rocks, switch I never asked for because again I wanted the basic $40 option. She put the rocks on my legs and man let's just say I had burns. My feet are now peeling so bad from that drill she used. I will never, ever go here again. Then when I got ready to pay, I handed my card and Tiffany charged me $63.23. I was confused! I never asked for hot rocks.

I recently visited Eclat Spa and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.The nail technicians were extremely skilled and attentive to detail. They took the time to listen to my preferences and provided helpful suggestions for my nails. I opted for a gel manicure and pedicure, and the results were stunning! My nails looked flawless and lasted for weeks without any chipping or peeling.What impressed me the most was the level of hygiene and cleanliness at this salon. I noticed that the tools and equipment were sanitized and sterilized after each use, which gave me peace of mind knowing that I was in safe hands.Overall, I had an excellent experience at here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality nail services in a clean and welcoming environment. Daughter went in with a photo. Didn't mention differences in length and color. She should have spoken up. When the color and length isn't right, most likely we deal with it. Daughter paid. Decided she didn't like the length but it is what it is. Got to the car and examined and decided it's not at all what she asked for and it was done very poorly. She went inside and asked them to redo them with the length in the photo and shaped better. (I know! Id be upset if I just did nails and had to redo them, we understand this and we felt bad) They sat her down and said since she already paid, she had to pay again bc payment is agreement. She left. I partly agree with payment for troubles. I told them it wasn't just the difference in what she asked for, it's ugly and poorly done. They told me that they only meant payment for the length difference and it's only 30$. But that's not true, I heard the whole conversation on the phone because she is terrified to speak up alone, she had me listen. They were so incredibly mad at her. But to me they were so sorry. I respect it's double the work but they lied to me so I told them I'd review them for being rude and not understanding that the requested service wasn't done and treating us like she changed her mind. She didn't know how bad until the end. We would have tipped well. (She tipped the first time. I mean tipped more) We decided to start all over and have Kaitlyns on MLK redo them and they came out amazing. They'll be looking for the review to add excuses, I'm sure. Just like before. I asked if they thought they did a good job and they said "it didn't look like the picture and they don't comment on work"

Super happy with this place! My nails are awesome and best of all, I love the smiles I received during the whole visit especially when I walk through the doors at closing time. Great service!

I just got robbed at this place for real lol I went for a pedicure $30 pedicure needed one toe where I get the acrylic done, fixed because it was chipped they charged me $40 to repair that one chip !!!! Then $20 for the gel polish i was charged $103 never in my life have I paid more than $55-60 for a pedicure and absolutely will not be returning to this over priced hole in the wall nail salon I should have just waited until I got back to my hometown where they don’t try to rake you over the coalsService: Pedicure
