Carlos delivered my package and took the first pic to show it was dropped off at my front door. First, the pole at the front of my porch in the pouring rain is NOT my front door. Second, notice that Carlos did not capture the top or bottom of the package in his pic. I, however, did take pics of both the top and bottom. Also, Carlos, the neighbors watched you deliver the box exactly as shown in my pics. The package contains a bed. I mean parts of a bed. The directions, all of the hardware, and the parts list are missing. I filed a complaint on Friday with FedEx and they were going to follow up with me ASAP. CRICKETS! Wayfair and the manufacturer have contacted me multiple times already. They are resolving the issue—this is why I prefer the brown delivery truck . . . UPS!
