My salesman was Donald. He went over and above. He had my beautiful truck delivered to me at home. I was not really happy with Toyota for only providing one key Fob. It was not the dealership's problem but Donald helped me find someone to make a duplicate FOB. I did not want to risk losing the only one I had.

Excellent work done by Alicia Knight. One of the best salesperson at the dealership. She was very patience. After a few months of searching, she was able to find a RAV4 with Boulder softex interior which is high in demand. It was very easy to do business with this dealership. They were professional and straightforward with the costs. They did not force any additional add-ons to my deal. Very pleasant experience with them.

Purchased a new Camry via this dealership. Pricing very transparent and no markups (at least for my experience). Very professional, Mr. Dane was a great help -- made purchase simple. Would recommend!

Fair & friendly dealers. Ross tried his best to get the best deal for me. I would deal with Ross again if I needed another car..

I worked a fair deal with the salesman online & by phone due to the distance I had to travel to the dealership. When I got there everything went according to plan and no last-minute price changes. The dealership delivered on their promises and I would recommend them to anyone. I've already traded in 3 trucks at Greg LeBlanc and will be going back when it's time to trade this one!

Although we did not buy today, Mr. Dane was fantastic. Gone are the days when dealers would bounce their customers between the salesman and sales manager. Gone are the days when you had to buy the car then haggle all over again with the finance manager. Mr. Dane was knowledgeable and patient (even when it was clear we weren’t buying that day.)Thank you Greg LeBLanc Toyota and Mr Dane Duplantis. Great folks!!

I can’t speak highly enough about Elliot Lewis over at Greg Leblanc Toyota. Both the dealership and him as my salesman him have been fantastic to work with. The price was fair on the truck and they gave me a fair price on my trade-in with no hassling and haggling. The paperwork was smooth. I was able to get the whole deal done with my five-year-old son with me which tells you a lot about how fast and smooth it went. They definitely earned my business. I had a 2021 traded from the big three and I can’t begin to tell you how much of a different experience this has been compared to the nightmare that lemon was. Do yourself a favor and get a Toyota you’re buying more than just a name and reliability. You also get after purchase service and support which really does mean a lot when you need your truck for work every day. 5 star

My Toyota always received every oil change from the dealership and for the first time we allowed another personal choice mechanic do the oil change due to unique circumstances. Physically watched the mechanic remove the drain plug to both witness there were only literally two threads left on the plug while the remaining threads were completely bald. How could a mechanic possibly miss this or..was it a cover up job? But God forbid you need new windshield wipers right! Was also told my cabin filter needed to be changed but only because it’s within the mileage recommendation. But obviously they do not look at it because it was brand new and replaced right before I brought it in. From the second class work and outrageous labor charges, to the fear factor calls of all that’s wrong with your car (and not even small talk before they break the bad news to you) alongside the bait n switch discount coupons for service, after being a customer since 2005 we unfortunately will no longer send our business to Greg Leblanc Toyota’s service department.

Drove 100 miles to this location since the Toyota dealerships near me were price the camrys 5000 over msrp. Well i was met with friends staff and has the salesman Chris LeBlanc. He was friendly, super helpful, and didn't try to push me on different things. I would 100% go there again and suggest any others to go there if looking for a toyota vehicle.

In late October my faithful '02 Land Cruiser, now crossing 350,000 miles, started to run a little rough. At first I thought it was bad gas after the hurricane but after the third tank of high octane I was forced to accept that it was more. I took it in to a local shop, swapped the plugs and had the air intake cleaned out. They pointed out it needed new valve seals but they couldn't do that work. It ran well again for about 200 miles then started running rough again. At that time I was in southern Mississippi and remembered reading about a Toyota dealership in Louisiana that had serviced a few high milage vehicles and decided to try them on this one.I called ahead and they said no problems and we entered my information into the computer. When I arrived, they had no idea why I was there and we re-entered my information in the computer. I asked them to replace the valve seals, diagnose the rough run, flush the fluids, and advise me of any other items they found . They managed to swap the seals. They managed to flush the transmission. They swapped the two week old spark plugs even though I had explained that this had just been done and somehow still failed to replace the coils. I headed out on my merry way confident that all issues had now been put to bed.....That was not the case, by the time I reached New Orleans I knew that not only did I have the same rough running engine, now the transmission was also not working properly. By the time I reached Charleston, SC I knew I had serious issues. I took it in to the Toyota dealership there and they pointed out that Leblanc had overfilled the transmission by at least three quarts and had broken the EVAP valve off the airbox and then simply replaced the cover hoping nobody would notice. (Just typing this last one makes me furious and sick to my stomach). They then informed me they could undo LeBlanc's work for a mere $1234.66.Having had quite enough of Toyota dealerships at this point I crossed the street and drained THREE extra quarts of fluid out of my transmission. I epoxied the valve back in place as best I could. and I swapped the #6 ignition coil which was the source of my rough running engine.I cannot easily express how disgusted and angry that I am with this entire debacle.I tried to follow up with Toyota corporate who assured me they cared deeply about this situation and then referred me back to LeBlanc's who "will call you by the end of the week". this did not happen, so I called them and got 'disconnected in the transfer'This one dealership has managed to undo 350,000 miles of happiness.-an angry, dissatisfied, and disgusted customer.

Put $1000 deposit on an incoming tundra. Was told it would be here 15th of October, then it was possibly moved up til the 7th. It’s November now and I still can’t get a definitive date on when it’ll be here. Absolutely ridiculous how I can get more accurate tracking info on a pair of socks than a $60k truck. I’m sure if the car is on lot it is a great dealership, but I would never put a deposit with them ever again. Absolutely ridiculous!

This dealer feels as if they have to add $5000-$10,000 over sticker due to market conditions. What a joke!!! I wont ever consider doing business with this establishment, even when market conditions change and they are begging people to buy their vehicles.
