Rooms were clean, bed comfy, but this is a loud hotel. The cleaning staff are rude and bang around so much and so loud, it sounds like a bowling alley. So people put their TVs loud to muffle the sound...so my advice is bring ear plugs if you want any sleep.

hospitality was great!!! everyone was so kind even when the power went out, they were very apologetic. overall great atmosphere, everyone is very nice. 10/10 would recommend :)

I cannot express how wonderful this facility and staff are! We go to Houma for an annual three day motorcycle rally in April of each year and have always stayed at this motel because of its location and personnel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. When our rally was cancelled in April 2020 because of Covid 19, the staff called to let me know and cancelled our reservations. Now the rally has been rescheduled and I have been contacted to see if we were coming and did the hotel need to reserve a room in October for us. THIS IS INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! Thank you to all the staff!

Stayed here from the 1st to the 5th of March. The rooms are very nice and clean ,. Large parking . Nice hotel building. Too few persons worked at the breakfast. Some of the mornings it took much too long time to get it. Almost 45 minutes waiting one morning. Not good at all. The people working at the hotel were quite friendly but they behaved like under-motivated. The girls in the bar were top ! Too much noise at night in the corridors. A strange place too be honest.

Hotel is fairly new and staff were very friendly. Room is nice size and has a ceiling fan which is a nice. Room is was clean, along with hallways and lobby. Nice clean place to stay. Would reccommend !

Nice clean hotel, close enough to walk to a large variety of shops and restaurants. Staff all very polite and the hotel breakfast was fantastic.

Clean hotel, easy check in, friendly staff. Only stayed for a few hours, but happy with what I got while there. Would definitely return in the future if in the area.

The hotel is nice and modern. Our room had several issues. the Air conditioning did not work and they couldn't fix it. There was a ceiling fan which made it livable. The refrigerator was not plugged in, and the Phone didn't work. I was late when we got back. The Front desk offered to put us in another room. I didn't want to move everything. They said we could leave our stuff in the other room and just sleep in the new room. I declined, but appreciated the offer.

This is my second visit to the Holiday Inn in Houma. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The food wasn’t very great the first time because they were out of just about everything on the menu. This second time, they had everything I ordered and it was all delicious. The crab cakes are enough for an entree and the sauce is very rich. The wings and homemade chips were fantastic. I missed the chance for breakfast as I departed early in the morning but I’ll definitely stay here again!

My company Enterprise Offshore Drilling always uses this hotel to put us in if we have training or have to spend the night in Houma. It is Extremely clean, the staff is always so polite and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who has to come to the area. There prices are very reasonable, and there food is delicious! Honestly there Sirloin steak is better then some steak houses ive tried.

Walls are a bit thin but beds are comfortable. There is no continental breakfast provided here, so you pay from a menu. It's overpriced but at least convenient.
