Everything is awesome. The only bad thing is the bedding. They dint have comfortable comforters and the extra in the closet were really run down.

Okay, we did encounter some minor problems. Leaking AC , 2nd room some toilet issues. The speed of the staff was excellent. The staff thinks on the run. Everything was excellent. 5 minutes to find answers to all problems. Polite kind and knowledgeable. The rooms are spotless and the gathering areas plentiful

Rhonda at the front desk is so friendly and helpful!! Hotel is very nice. Pool area is beautiful. My son enjoyed the basketball goal. Gym is nice and has tons of workout equipment. Breakfast had a very good selection. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Great location - super clean rooms. Breakfast had healthy options and lots of fresh fruit and berries. The manager was so friendly and helpful appreciated Rhonda accommodating a special ask. My package was taken care of by Evelynia and Rogie did an awesome job cleaning my room. Location was convenient to get to great restaurants and awesome shopping Ross Boot Barn Best Buy - Will stay again!

My stay here could not have been better. EVERYTHING about this hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff is amazing! They go BEYOND their duty. They are pleasant and helpful… EVERY one of them! I want to post a special acknowledgment for Shawnetta. My sister had major heart surgery almost six weeks ago … we praise our Heavenly Father that she is recovering well! From the night of the surgery until the day of her trip home, I stayed at Homewood Suites with Sissy’s dog and mine. On the day of her discharge, Shawnetta kept an eye on my sister as she waited in the lobby while I retrieved our “puppies.” When I came down (and for much of the two-hour trip home), my sister couldn’t stop talking about Shawnetta and how that beautiful lady came out from behind the front desk, provided a cup of coffee and did everything possible to make her comfortable! She commented on how clean and beautiful the lobby was and that it smelled lovely! I have been meaning to write this review since then, because the ENTIRE staff is commendable. The custodial staff, the cooks, and every other staff member I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. May you all be blessed for being such a blessing to me AND my sister who wasn’t even registered there! Thank you all SO MUCH. We LOVE the Hilton!

Stay here, don't stay there. By far, our best hotel experience in Houma. The lobby is open and inviting. A nice area inside and outside for sitting. The room is large, clean and has many convenient amenities. Plenty of plugs for charging, good selection of teas in the kitchen and coffee. The breakfast was one of the best we've had, and we traveled a lot. Good food with many healthy selections. Staff is friendly and helpful. They only complaint is very poor water pressure in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Homewood Suites in Houma, LA, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth by Rhonda, the front desk manager. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible—her customer service truly set the tone for my entire visit.
The facilities were spotless and meticulously maintained. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything clean and welcoming. The suite was spacious, modern, and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home.
A huge shoutout to Keshia, Lexi, Jen, and Tiawana—each of them was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with any request. Their positive energy and dedication to providing exceptional service were evident throughout my stay.
Lastly, the breakfast each morning was fantastic. It offered a variety of delicious options, and I always looked forward to starting my day with a great meal.
Overall, I highly recommend Homewood Suites in Houma for its outstanding staff, pristine facilities, and excellent hospitality. Rhonda and her team truly made this a memorable stay during the Super Bowl!

The water pressure in the bathroom was terribly low (basically a trickle).

PROS: The double queen rooms are much bigger than the norm.
CONS: The shower water pressure and flow is horrible, I would do better to use the nearby sink. Also the breakfast has processed powdered eggs.
