I visited the store on Sunday, November 12th mid-day. This was only my third time at this location or mall since moving to the area two years ago. The sales people were not friendly. I entered by the women's plus section. A few days prior, I spent $400 with JC Penney online purchasing professional attire. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the blouse I wanted online and decided to visit the store. Huge mistake! The entire time I was shopping I was being surveilled. The young woman African-American with short dreadlocks at the register suddenly appeared and starting straightening the area where I was shopping. As I moved to a different location so did she. Then another associate appeared a Caucasian woman with dark hair wearing white short-sleeved shirt and started straighten items in the area I where I was shopping. The saddest part of this situation no one offered to assist me. I found three items and proceeded to the checkout. The older woman (wore glasses and hair in a bun) at the checkout was cold and snobbish. I inquired about being able to return items purchased online at the store if the items do not fit properly. I was advised to make sure to keep the paperwork that came with the items or I would not be able to return them. Honestly, I was so disappointed and angered by the treatment. I have received some of the several items I purchased online and need to return two of them. I dread going back to this location. No customer deserves to be judged, profiled and made to feel uncomfortable.

Went back again and again. Honestly I thought that JCP was expensive to me. But after all the discounts made spending much easier for me. Love this double heart necklace.

My sister and I went over the weekend and honestly it was better than I expected. Found a lot of good sales and the products are a good value. Love that u have an app to check prices as like most stores prices are not updated on a timely basis nor signs posted with right products. Like most other stores clerks are in short supply, but we did have a couple of clerks available and helpful. Only complaint was when we purchased a couple of candles the advertised price on the rack was not correct on that particular scent they stuck them on the same display as reduced for clearance ones and we didn't check the price on every one. She returned the 2 as the price was double the other ones.

I needed clothes, and JCP has clothes on clearance. Pants that were regularly $75, on clearance for $22.49!! 3 pairs of pants and a dress shirt for less than $100! Great quality and style. I'll probably go back, lol.

My Wife Peggy, Had Heard There Was A Sale Going On, On Shoes. Buy One And Get Two Free. I Think The Price For The One Shoe Was $65.00Which Seemed To Be A Great Deal, So She Bought Them, And She Loves Them.

It was amazing Christine cut my hair and was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. Great deals and good clearance items for dirt cheap. Like 3 to 20 dollars. Awesome prices for some nice stuff. Mainly college items but others as well.
