the back of the receipt says you can return within 30 days, when we tried to return the hat, she told us she couldn’t accept it. when we asked for corporate number(so we can report them), they refused to give it to us. the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.

the lady that works there is really rude. this is the 3rd time i walked up in there to see the hats and look for my size and she kick me out cause i was looking for my size. don’t recommend she has a nasty attitude, and wouldn’t even help me.

You better be sure you don’t want to return anything to the Lids store in Southland mall - Houma. The sales lady is extremely rude. She will scream at you in front of the entire store! Telling you there is NO RETURNS allowed!It clearly states 90 day return policy in unused condition.I will never shop here again

They were running a but 1 get one at half price and the sales rep told us this when we arrived. After my husband spent several minutes picking out 2 caps we get to the register for her to say that the sale does not include 2 MLB caps. Why not say that in the beginning or when she saw that he was in the baseball section?
