To bother with a trivial amount ??? Considering closing my account and exploring my options with one of the other outlets that have time for their customers...

Lowe's has a really bad return policy. Bought a bundle of spindles for handrails on my porch went to return them and they only gave me back money for 7 and 12 came in the Bundle. The cashier that checked me out only put 7 on my receipt so I had to keep the other 5 that I had no use for

My husband and I went to Lowes to buy a washer and dryer last night .The young man who helped us was very polite and professional.
