I stopped by Lowe's last night 11/29/23 with a friend and at some point he needed some spray foam and asked if I could grab it for him. Well I couldn't find it but I was in luck. The associate that was helping him I plumbing was walking by. I stopped her and asked for help finding it. Not only did she find it. She had good knowledge of what was going on through the store with everything. Was I was set she even tried to help me locate my buddy. I'm positive she would have if another customer didn't stop and ask her about staple guns, and she was taking him to exactly where he needed to be. When I seen her again to get her name for this. She was explaining what types of anchors the guy was going to need for his project. I can easily say that I haven't seen or had an associate in a Lowe's, home Depot or any other supply house that together in years. So hats off to the person that hired Emily in the plumbing section of Lowe's in Houma Louisiana. Thanks Emily. The great ones make it look easy.

Please read review in photos attached. It is a very detailed one but precise to the attempt to purchase a $1000.00 dollar tiller and a manager that was too busy ???? To bother with a trivial amount ??? Considering closing my account and exploring my options with one of the other outlets that have time for their customers...

Lowe's has a really bad return policy. Bought a bundle of spindles for handrails on my porch went to return them and they only gave me back money for 7 and 12 came in the Bundle. The cashier that checked me out only put 7 on my receipt so I had to keep the other 5 that I had no use for

NEVER AGAIN!
We had a delivery setup for today Saturday 6/11/22. Received a call this morning that between 8-12noon we would be getting our delivery. I called Lowes at 1:30 trying to figure out where our delivery was, I was put on hold over 6 times, left on hold for 40 minutes. I tried calling back, but only to be put on hold again then HUNG UP ON. Called back again & the phone rang for 2 minutes & NO ONE picked up. Customer service sucks & I will not spend another penny at the Houma, Louisiana Lowes! Home Depot NOW has all of my business.

Absolutely not total chaos today I sat for an hour and a half for one pallet of wood with about 30 employees outside walking around aimlessly maybe this is a bad day for them!

Terrible organizational skills, even worse customer service, and a manager with a laissez faire attitude to boot! Stick to Home Depot so you can get back to work on schedule.

I have been a Lowes customer for several years although I trade at other retailers and online providers as well. I appreciate Lowes position on military vets and think it might well be one of the reasons I continue to shop there. Recently I have had issues with 2 of the products they sell (no fault of Lowes) and have to say that the support from Lowes staff at Houma store was better than outstanding. Both times on separate issues and products they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with manufacturer. One item was in warranty the other out of warranty. I did not have extended warranty in either case. They made calls for me to manufacturers and assisted in resolving my issues. I commend the store manager and staff for their customer service performance and will continue to shop at Lowes in Houma. I will always consider them first option because of the way they handle my business.

It's Lowe's people and it's exactly what you would expect. However, I was quite surprised that it was as large as it was for this area. Plenty of stuff to choose from and lots of employees to help you out. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the bath and kitchen selection is pretty slim. I would have expected to see more bathroom supplies and such. I'm h well, what you can't get here you can get across the street at Home Depot!
