Great prices, Clean clutter free store with shelves well stocked. Friendly employees with basic knowledge about their areas. Only found it took a while to be helped.

I am very satisfied with overall performance and quality of Lowe’s and the products I receive, however the employees are beginning to act like they work at Home Depot(not good) let’s get it together guys get back to customer service and get that Fifth star

Have been trying to get someone on phone for almost hour only had one person answer and try and transfer twice only to be disconnected. Would be sizeable purchase but guess Home Depot it is.
