The store is clean, and the smell of the food they prepare in the deli hits you right when you walk in. Total bonus, especially when you're hungry. The staff is very kind and friendly.

I live in thibodaux and I’ve heard great things about this store so I drove up to see how it is and if it’s better than you know the usual Walmart or Sam’s. I LOVED THIS PLACE. I was welcomed with a hello and a smile, every worker was really friendly. There was this particular worker who helped me throughout my shopping didn’t mind helping at all. Honestly 10/10 experience and I wouldn’t mind making the drive.

There was this crazy man in the store one day, causing a ruckus. It was absolutely ridiculous and made me very uncomfortable. He was screaming and yelling. The owner of the store was awesome! He shut him down immediately and saved the day. Awesome dude and even more awesome store.

Went to Marcel's yesterday and I asked this old lady about a product that supposed to be on sale.and she got really rude with me this was the third time she has done this to me.so I got really upset and said what was on my mind.when I got home I called and talked to whoever answered the phone she was really apologizing to me about the incident.so I went back today and looking for the same sale items again didn't have the items again and the sale just started yesterday.then the owner Chad Marcel comes up to me and says I heard you had a lot to say yesterday and I said yes I did.didnt even want to hear my side of the story just sat there with a smile on his face and kicked me out the store. I think he is a really unprofessional owner and I will gladly do my shopping el where with pleasure
