There have been times a staff member has to log in to get the results or we have to call regarding results but majority of the time they do fax them over. overall it is a great and convenient service!”

“Geunta has been my phlebotomist for years and she's the only person I trust with my blood work as she does protocol properly versus other phlebotomists that I've delt with in hospitals and doctors offices. I'm happy to have her. Other phlebotomists fail to wash their hands, try to not wear gloves, will try to use a bigger needle, which has caused nerve damage in the past, and I've also dealt with phlebotomists who have rubbed my antecubital fossa with an alcohol wipe, not gloved up, then come back with their ungloved hands to look for a vein and stick me immediately. I have a low immune system. That's just crazy. I wish others did their job right like Geunta does. I'd clone her if I could.”
