Well I picked up my Plate Tamper Yesterday and was very dissapointed, I signed a paper that said max spend would be $100.00, To explain when you drop equempment off for repairs they charge you $60.00 up front, so when I got the call about the repair Vincent (Teck) told me it would cost $122.00 and I said ok come to find out he didn't tell me that was on top of the $60.00 I already paid, Now its $182.00 They charged me $164.00 labor to change a governor spring, When I asked why it was so much the Teck went off on me saying he would just take the part off and give me my tamper back, I doubt I'll trust Northern Tool Again,,,
In all fairness after a bit of a scene they returned the $60.00 deposit,

Nested among Lowes, Home Depot and Harbor Freight, it is hard to compete. Smaller and easily accessible to every corner. I am satisfied as to what it has to offer. I am a regular to all of them.
