If I could give this store something in the negative I really would!!! A guy there tried to assist my girlfriend into changing my headlight that they told me months before they couldn't change, and he end up breaking my headlight plus caused more damage to it. Go there the next day he admits to me that it was an accident. But tell the store manager it was broken before it came in. If something that they said was broken why did the guy still try to put the bulb in when they not supposed to even touch the headlight. They would not give me a copy of the policy and praeger or anything. Buy since I'm a black man they gave me something better. They called the cop's on me!!! I ready to talk to someone who is over everyone at that store. Because that's not the way you treat a paying customer!!!

Was fixing to have to buy a 150$ part because employee didn't want to show me a picture of a certain area of the housing. I politely left with all parts on the counter to never return again.

Was treated like l wasn't important or less than. Also asked if O'Reilly sold headers or cold air intakes or any higher grade ignition coils and was quickly told no while the employer walked off. I carry more cash than these guys make in a month and was gonna purchase much more but won't be from O'Reilly anymore anywhere. Houma,laGrand calliou rd.location...poor management!!!

The good post are employees and their families no warranty unless ur in their cool club or own a old black junky grand national an know nothing about mechanics manager speaks gibberish they pay to have reviews removed lol
