“I was able to get a product at the Houma store that I have been trying to get for several weeks at a nearby store...but the kids that work at that store had no interest in helping me get it or find it. I called the Houma store and the very professional employee that I spoke to went and physically checked stock, came back to the phone and told me they had it, and put my name on it untill I could get there the next day to pick it up. I am very happy with this type of professional customer service. The nearby store should take notes!”
