I showed up needed medicine refills. Dr. Phillip A. Paulk refused to give me provin medicine that works when my Dr wasn't in come to find out for a week. Need to hire Dr that isn't afraid to prescribe tramadol . It truly saddened me to say this about a hospital that has helped me so well in the past.

My husband was what we thought was passing a kidney stone, the admission staff took us straight back to a room, Nurses came QUICKLY, done their assessment, Dr came right in, ordered IV fluids and meds, which finally brought sone relief for my husband, he ordered labs and renal and abdomen scans and Diagnosed him with MULTIPLE kidney stones( my husband can gravel our driveway). Dr. Gainer and Kim Bo, RN, another nurse I didn’t get her name, techs, and the admissions staff in the ER THANK YALL for taking such good care of us ! You guys are AWESOME!

Been here since 9:00 a.m and it's after 12. Wouldn't bring my dog to this Hospital. Poor interaction with patients.

Worse place to try to get care blood sugar running over 350 for 3 days went in for care felt like I was passing out lips and face very numb took me to triage explained everything that nurse said go back to the lobby and when we get a bed we will call you 2 hours later nothing I asked the nurse how much longer it would be and she said shouldn't be ling I said well now people coming in after me are going back she stated oh well there is a level you have to go through. So I left I DO NOT RECOMMEND CARE HERE

Very upset with that guy dressed up that approached me bcuz of how I was dressed!!! Made me feel so unwelcomed and uncomfortable being at this hospital. I had a far ride and needed to use the restroom I knew where I was going I was not lost which he had asked me. Looked me up and down like I was nothing. I told him if I was a white lady dressed up he would not have even approached me with that question "are you lost"Wore pants bcuz its cold in the hospital and these shoes are my only comfortable pair. MA BAD I wasn't dressed to his standards to approach me like that!!!

I was sent her from New Orleans for specialty treatment. Not sure what to expect from a small town facility.Was a pleasant surprise. The personnel we very friendly and accommodating. The facility is not super modern, but it was clean and positively up to date in every spot I saw.The nurses on my section were over the top with efficiency and attentiveness. My room and the cats lab were top of the line compared to other places I had recently utilized.Highly recommended. I should not have worried that I was stepping backwards.

Labor & Delivery experience was great 10/10. Discharge took forever & housing keeinh only came in the room twice. The food was ok, had a few meals that was great. Breakfast was so good. My nurses Amy, Marea & Angie were amazing! The two amanda's that drew my blood could've done better. I'm in so much pain from the four blew veins. The student that was in training could've had a better attitude with the person that was trying to train her. Dr. Sanders is always amazing, s/o to him !

Had a great birthing experience at TGMC. All the Doctors, nurses, and surgery room staff were excellent. We felt well taken care of. Too many people to name and thank but to everyone we encountered, thank you

This place doesn't care for the well being of one... my great grandmother got sent home very sick and they did nothing and had to be sent back to the hospital!!

Bring my wife because she cramping and she waits 5 hours from crowded to empty waiting room no type of help or info very insensitive personnel at the desk she acted if it was a problem to stop her conversation with security to answer a simple question for someone in pain ….. and after everything she still in pain

Love Dr.Hebert ,the radiologists and every single one of the techs. Never seen such kind and competent drs and nurses. The one bad apple for me was a nurse named Kim during my recovery from a double mastectomy. I remember her name because she was banned from my room. I wish she didn't stand out in my mind above. all the other excellent care .

Omg I had the worst experience there after having a amazing birthWe had strangers 8n our room luckily my husband was there .2 different nurses gave us wrong diagnoses about our new born having health issues. After 48 hours waited to go to a better hospital they didn't want to let us leave so they threaten to call CPS on us for wanting to go to thibdeaux. So we had to call the police for them to let us go it has been very emotional and scary .Now we are currently at thibdeaux getting treated right along with the proper care for our new baby girl .

From the ER to my stay on the 4 th floor everyone went all out to make me feel welcome and cared for. When shift change came I was afraid The new nurse wouldn’t be as kind. But I was wrong each time. They were all amazing. I do have to give a special shout-out to the transporter. They were very kind and hospital and eager to help. Also to the people in x ray, Ct scan and MRI. They had to slide transport me to tables. I am not a small person. But they never blinked an eye to even ask me to walk since I was here for my back. I just found them all a great team.So please keep up the good work.Patrice
