We always get superb service from Craig and his team. I called on a Saturday night with drainpipe issues in the attic and a tech was at our home within an hour and fixed the problem. Very reliable, trustworthy, and excellent work.

Terrible. Rude and don't know what they are doing. Hooked up my line set with a liquid line dryer but unit already had one built in. I asked them to remove it but they continued to tell me that it would be ok with two. They finally remover it after a couple of days later but they were rude about it and never even apologized for there mistake. I will never call them again and wouldn't recommend them.

had problems with ac after a power surge. called and promptly came out and had me back up with cold ac within an hour. love our service agreement as well that gets us preferred customer treatment. thanks

If you own a comfort star call Precision Air Services.
They know exactly who to call and what to do. I have called other companies with NO results. Outstanding job it’s been a month since I’ve come home to a cool house.

Had my capacitor go out and wanted to replace it myself to save a ton. Every place I called (5 or 6 different AC Businesses), said they wouldnt sell me the part, only the service. I luckily got in touch with Darren who was already off of work and at home pressure washin. Without hesitation he agrees to meet me in town and sell me the capacitor I desperately needed, and it worked perfectly.
I'll never call another AC company, Darren and Precision Air Services has earned my business for life. Couldn't recommend them more!
