Terrible experience, but thankful for the outcome. Had I accepted that service I would’ve been more disappointed. Called this branch around 954am on 9/14/2020 and was told they had two reps available to assist with opening an account. Upon arrival I noticed two reps with one customer the lady behind the window Tonia I believe asked to help us. I told her what we were there for and one of the two people that was at the desk with the other people told her to tell us we need make an appointment. A minute or two later the rep behind the glass called us over to the window and said they didn’t have no one available and she can schedule an appointment for later that day. I respectfully declined and mentioned I had only called 4-5 minutes prior and was told to come in. She said well they are helping him with a business account, I said so we’re less in important because of that. So we left with our six figure deposit and went nearby and the greeting was warm and welcoming that that terrible service allowed us to end up somewhere where we were appreciated and treated with respect! Lesson to you, all customers should be treated respect and as if they are depositing six figures because you never know who really are.

Regions bank as whole is awful. I switched to chase and I have no regrets.

Had a few hundred bucks deposited and made an order on new egg for $34 next day im in negative $200 and no overdraft protection, i cant get in contact with representatives from here, im changing banks and ive been with regions for 1 week.

Regions is by far the WORST bank I've ever dealt with. Every week it is something else! They always take big lump somes of money out of my account and call it a different fee. They have already taken easily over a grand from me that I've had to get back. They're main concern is not you, it's making money. At least once a week I have to call and get my money back. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone. Not to mention their representatives are very rude over the phone. If I could give negative stars, I would.
