The workers were amazing at their job,They handled the issues that I had. so I am grateful for their assistance. however I would like to change my primary bank from the barrow st location to the mlk location if possible because the workers at martin Luther king Blvd are extremely exceptional at their job and they take each customer and make you feel like family comfortable and safe.

I've banked with Regions for over 10 years, and have always had a great experience with them. Customer service is always A+. I never feel like I'm being pushed into any products or services, they treat me like a person and not an opportunity for a sale.

I went in to get a check because my order hadn't come in. The teller at the Regions bank on Martin Luther King Blvd in Houma, La was extremely ugly and rude to me. I am closing my account and going to South Louisiana. I've been banking with Regions for a very long time and didn't deserve to be treated the way I was.

I came in to close my account and brought my dog and the employees were so nice to my dog and me that I honestly reconsidered closing my account. What truly kept me closing it is that 1. It's for a defunct business and 2. The $12.00 monthly fee.

Was in line, with 5 lines operational with about 4 to 5 cars in each line. Only 2 cashiers and it took 40 minutes to reach the cashier and almost 8 minutes for the cashier to handle our simple business. Something needs to be done or the hours need to be extended.

Very rude customer service. Charged me to cash their check when I know for a fact capitol one doesn't do that. And the ghetto teller is going to argue with me about what another bank does. How would u know u don't work their. Some ppl are just ignorant..
