Our Frigidaire came from Mr. Rods in Nov. 2005 and it stopped making ice June 2023. We looked on line at the Frigidaire web page for a replacement and found a similar side by side and found one that was the updated version of our fridge. Have visited Mr. Rods last August when the store was under repair and talked to Mr. Jeff about what models of Frigidaire they carry. When our fridge went bad after 17 years I phoned Friday afternoon and asked about a replacement . I told Jeff what model number we wanted and he told me that he would look into when he could get one At almost less than 30 minutes Jeff called and said that they did have one in stock. I purchased it over the phone with Jeff offering a Monday delivery. I was already had a full Monday so we made Tuesday after 1PM the delivery time. On Tuesday the truck arrived on time and the driver knew us from the first time he delivered appliances many years ago. The delivery and setup went smoothly and quickly as the removal also of our old fridge. The next morning I noticed that the fridge side door some resistance when I open it. The door was not self-closing and also had some resistance closing. It also made a loud cracking noise when I closed it. The next morning I phoned Jeff and he told me that he would have someone come that afternoon to check it out, The service call went well and now all is well with our new Frigidaire and we are very happy with the quick ordering, delivery and service from Jeff at Mr. Rods. All of our home appliances from washer & dryers and all our kitchen appliances come from Mr. Rods in Houma, LA. We highly recommend Mr. Rods as their sales and service are good and quick

In support of our local businesses, we recently purchased a washer and dryer combo from Rod’s. The after-the-sale service, and their ability to repair, also, greatly influenced the decision to buy local. Shortly after the purchase the washer broke down. Ok. It happens. Repairs were done and the washer was back up and running. A few months go by, and the washer breaks again. Now mind you, the washer is still under warranty. It’ll be a couple of weeks before a repair man can come out. Ok, we will make due. When the repairman finally shows, he, mentions that this repair happens but of course, he does not have the parts needed to make the repair. The parts need to be ordered and It will take a couple of weeks to arrive. It has been several months now and the washer is still broken. No call; no update; no repair!

Sad to say but Rods was heavily damaged & broken down in Houma, La after Hurricane Ida. They did not rebuild or locate.

I purchased a Maytag washing machine on May 24, 2021 . On September 22, 2022 the machine broke . This was a new machine at a cost of $949.00 before taxes . My first complaint is that Ive never in my 50 plus years of marriage had a washing machine break at less than a year and a half old . I have a five year warranty on this product for parts and labor . As of today it is STILL broken . They have informed me that they are trying to get the parts . I realize covid has delayed some production , however , almost 8 weeks is unreasonable delay . I have contacted representatives at Maytag . This needs to be fixed asap , or I need a new washer . Rods has informed me that they do not have any washers .

I recently bought a new washing machine and have had to have it repaired three times. I asked if I could exchange it for a new one and was told to call Maytag. I have been a long time customer but am very disappointed in the lack of concern. What happened to service after the sale??

Rod's Superstore was extremely easy to deal with when purchasing my new washing machine. The sales person took the time to look at each washer with me explaining the differences and helping me to decide which was best suited for my home. The purchasing processes was super easy and quick. They delivered the same week. The delivery guys were very professional and took a moment to explain how to use the washing machine. I will be purchasing from Rod's in the future.
