This was my first visit to a Sam's Club. The selection and amount of merchandise is truly overwhelming and the prices are unbelievably low. I especially liked the prepared dinners you just pop in the oven. The selection of fresh fruits and vegetables is huge. The employees are very friendly and helped me to find everything I was looking for.

Honestly, I thought they were nice. The store was in good shape, the employees were nice, and the shelves were stocked. In fact, the clothing section was in great shape. All-in-all, it was a good stop and I'm now the owner of 6 months worth of toilet paper,

What's the difference between woman with a purse and a history filled with stolen goods and a guy on a motorcycle walking in with a backpack coming in to buy steaks with no history of any thefts? The lady walks right in without hassle. The guy is met at the door and asked to leave his bag (literally what every purse is that every woman walks in with) at the door because I'm only coming in to steal. It's got to be obvious. Thankyou for the extremely uncomfortable sexual profiling whatever lady that was watching the door.

I was able to get cheaper gas plus an even greater discount by using my sams credit card! seen as gas is sky rocketing! I was very happy!

Apparently, I can’t purchase alcohol along with many other items for our business if I have a child with me. The cashier asked me for my ID and my 12 year old niece’s ID.. obviously I told her she does not have one, she’s twelve. So before even looking at my license she ran for a manager and came back to tell me I can not sell you this alcohol. I also look younger than 28 because I am 5’0. My fiancé called to speak with a manager about this and she was not at all interested.

1st...if they would do curb-side p/u for meat, I wouldn't have had to go in & wouldn't have had the problems! All I had was 3 packs of ground beef & the issues weren`t worth it!!! I do the scan & go on the app so that I'm in there no longer than I need to be. Done it number of times with no issue until today! Here's my process...get meat bags, use a bag to grab a pack, scan its code, place in buggy, & repeat. After, pay on app & head to door to leave. Today though when I get to the door, the girl scans the paid code on my phone & then has to scan each item. Well...it tells her there's a problem. She tells me I scanned the same item twice. I tell her there's no possible way. She repeats, gets same issue, double-checks items & realizes my buggy is correct. Gets another girl who tells her there's been issues on their end with meat paid for on the app. Then tells me I have to go to customer service to get issue fixed because if I don't, I'll get locked out of my account. I then have to walk ALL the way around ALL kinds of crap passing by a long line of people trying to exit to get where I had to go. Girl at customer service is confused & other girl comes to explain & they try again with same result. Customer service girl then tells me it's fine to just go. After me asking, I'm told I could just walk out through the entrance. Well....girl checking people as they walk in stops me to tell me I have to go back around. I then tell her that the 2 girls right there told me I could. She then says that they were supposed to walk me out instead. The other one must have heard & tells her it's fine & for me to go. Trust me, by this point, those walking in knew I was furious because I was threatening to holler for a manager if I had one more issue!!!!!! Glad I won't need to go back any time soon!!!!!!! ???????

Some of the rudest employees ever. Employee yelling at my parents and I after using scan and go that we couldn't pass at a certain place to get out. Now grant it, we waited for a. Us timer to be done checking to pass and asked if we could pass there. She says "No! You have to go around! Members have to get here!" I said "Ma'am we are members." She yells "Go Around!" Then mumbles something inaudible behind her masks. Grant it there are NO signs stating where people can and cannot pass to leave the store. There are ways to talk to people and that is not it. Probably the same cashier that refused to key in the upc for chicken breast at self checkout for my family member and told her she had to cancel her transaction and go in line where there is a cashier.

We came here to shop and buy the things we needed for our trip to the Air BNB that we were about to head to in Miss. We got everything we needed for great prices. Then, we walked over to the Produce Section to say, "Hello" to my youngest son. He was very busy, so we did not stay long. I did notice that their Restaurant inside Sam's was closed completely down, thanks to the Corona Virus. Sad to see this. I was prepared to get a slice of pizza and a soda.

I ordered a cake from the bakery, well first off the woman who helped me was very rude. I went and picked up the cake it was top tear chocolate with buttercream frosting (Gray) with black border and bottom tear white cake with buttercream frosting Gray with black border. I did not get to choose my filling at all mind you so it was filled with buttercream. The cake was nasty , it was not moist at all it was rather dry and it tasted a bit freezer burnt. Needless to say after eating the cake everyone who ate it has had stomach problems those who did not have any were and are fine. I will never order another cake from Sam's in Houma,Louisiana
