i had the best experience ever! bought a ram 1500 sport in 2011 .. paid it off.. feb 2020 went back bought another.. this one the big horn and it was again the best experience!! also til this day the first one had no problems ever! and i know this one won't either! god will take care of it! mr. jessie thompson was a joy to do business with! i recommend anyone asking for his help, you will be glad you did!! i have nothing but good to say about southland dodge in houma la. the quality of the vehicles and personnel!!! god bless you all!

They said 7-10 days, got it back to us in 4 business days. Very professional, they did good work, plus they cleaned the outside very well and thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the inside for free in addition to the great body work.

I went to them to fix damages done in an accident. They were paid upfront only to do a TERRIBLE job. The lady who actually set everything up was very nice and professional, however the manager is complete opposite. If anyone recommends this place, please go elsewhere. The car came back worse. It’s ridiculous how a dodge collision shop messed a dodge car up even more. Please do not waste your money or time.

Roxanne had extremely bad customer service, scoffing and making comments when I was having to ask basic questions for which she didn't have the answers to. Best solution I've had when personally dealing with lazy employees was to remove and replace them with a better fit employee which shouldn't be too hard.

Horrible.!! car came out worse than it was before it went in.. I never saw anything like it in my life. When got a second opinion and they was like they did a horrible job. Service managers don't care . The worse mechanics. Being a dealership, you would think it would be top notch.
