Customer service is awful, lady on the phone sounded extremely annoyed the whole time even though the questions we asked were simple. Do not recommend Synergy Bank in general if you want a positive service for support in banking needs. This doesn't specifically apply to this one location, but to the bank chain as a whole. Reminder that while on the phone, we were not unruly or hard to deal with. Wish I had gotten the lady's name, but it is what it is.

My wife and I first entered a Synergy Bank at the Main Office/Branch on ML King Blvd. It was our last hope to get some important documents notarized. We had already been to our bank less that a mile away. The branch manager of our bank sent us to a self-employed notary who had closed earlier in the day. When we walked into the Synergy Bank there were only a few minutes left in the business day. All the staff was busy and smiling. We asked the greeter if there was a notary in house and were preparing to leave when to our shock, the greeter said, "We don't just have one notary, but we have 5!" We almost fell out. Since then, our relationship has grown.

This bank is horrible they close your account without telling you ANYTHING. They are very rude when you ask questions and now they want to charge me for another debit card keep in mind when I went to the branch that was never told to me I was told that I would get my card which never came, when I talked to Michelle she was rude and kept mispronouncing my name I simply asked why wasn’t it told to me when I came and I simply would have closed the account that’s not fair if a ca

I have a personal account here and it’s crap. Tried opening a business account and they had me so mad I walked out. It’s enough I’m closing my personal account and leaving. They will never get another penny from me. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a bank.
