Personal experience but they never have anything in stock that's listed as such online, and vice versa. Was convinced to make a baby registry with them and the same day you add to that, it lists the items as sold out or unavailable almost every time. Also, the "gift" you pick up for having a registry with them is just small packs of the cheapest samples possible and a cheap plastic bottle.
*At this specific location, don't bother trying to call any department because the line rings til it hangs up.*
