Had a great experience with Sales Person Hunter Davis. He had knowledge of the car but he did missed information regarding previous accidents to vehicle. 2 wrecks for the car I bought which I found out on my own , If I would have known I would have chosen another car.

This is the second vehicle that I buy from them. Clarence is great. He is very helpful in all aspects of the buying process. He showed me a bunch of different vehicles. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used vehicles.

First time visiting Terrebonne Ford. Scheduled an oil change for my 2023 Expedition online--easy. An hour and a half wait for the oil change a little too long. I was a long time customer of Jim Burke Ford in Bakersfield and the wait was never more that 45 minutes.

I was given an appointment for two recalls on my 2016 F250 but I was going to be returning to work prior to the date. The service Dept said no problem at all with dropping off my truck early and they would take care of it , at appointment time and even offered to deliver it back to my home. I brought it in two days early, and with great luck they were able to fit it in the same day. 3 hours later I received the call that my trucks issues were addressed and it was ready for pickup ! I now have all my steering wheel controls back functioning as they are meant to and the emissions issue were addressed as well. The speedy service at Terrebonne Ford got my truck back to me so quickly it prevented me from having to make arrangements with others to travel to work and return home. Although I purchased the truck used elsewhere.. Terrebonne Ford has always been my choice of service centers for this truck as well as my 2006 F 150( 250k miles) and 2008 F150 ( 225k miles) and still rolling.. Normally we purchase all vehicles from Terrebonne but due to Ida was unable to, but they didn't use this against me. Rex treated me like family and was very attentive with making sure my Bronco was repaired.

If you want the best, ask for Rusty! He's fantastic, and he makes everything easy. He genuinely cares about his clients and does anything he can to assist them. Awesome help, and he clearly knows his stuff. Our car-buying experience was fantastic. Everything went well and without any hassle. Incredible expertise and attention to detail! He was really helpful and gave us five-star service throughout the entire process.

Took my 2018 F-150 to the dealer for Transmission problems. Later that afternoon I was informed I needed a new transmission. Amanda (my service rep.) contacted the warranty company and received approval for payment within an hour. My truck was ready with the new transmission less than a week after I dropped it off. During the whole process, Amanda kept me up to date every step of the way. Very satisfied with experience with the Terrebonne Ford Service Department

I can always count on this dealership. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. The wait time wasn’t long. The Check out process is efficient. Most importantly, I always leave knowing that I am safe in my Ford.

I bought a pre owned truck in February of last year (2022) and since then, the truck has been in the shop twice for extended stays. The first time was not bad. They kept the truck for a few days, repaired the drivers side mirror and rear glass without question. This second time I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, was having an issue with the front defrost button, the moon roof is hanging up and the traction control was not working. The truck was dropped off on the 6th of this month and was picked up on the 27th. During this time, I had called multiple times and was told that someone would get back with me. I had to continously call. Finally I got some answers about the moonroof, and they were not positive. This wonderful, expensive extended warranty will only cover some of the work. When I was returning the rental, it was found that the oil had not even been changed during this 3 week period. I asked to speak to a service manager and was greeted in the manager's office with a poor and rude attitude. Needless to say, the meeting accomplished absolutely nothing. The glass on the moonroff is hanging up and of course the glass along with shields are not covered. The manager looked and talked to me like I was a teenager driving their first vehicle. This last experience has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and I have been driving for more than thirty years. The service Mgr did however offer me a discounted oil change.
