Was on hold for 25 mins then got hung up on tried calling back 3 times rang till it went to voicemail and on the 4th try jus went straight to voicemail. Left a number and name and received no return calls back.

They didn't have my part in stock but was able to order it with no problem and was pretty quick and at a decent price. Highly recommend this place.

Guy working at front desk extremely unfriendly. Acted like I was inconveniencing him by walking in the store. Ordered some parts for a mower. Recieved the wrong part from them and they tried to tell me I was wrong until I brought in the original and showed them the parts didn't match. They reordered the part and never called me back. Almost 2 weeks went by and I called. They said they received the new part and it was wrong again. No solution. I came in to get a refund and said I was looking at new mowers since I couldn't fix the one I had. I said 400 was too much since I just bought a house and had a baby, I needed something cheaper. He gave me the refund and said now what about a mower. I said I'd have to get a push mower and not self propelled so I could save some money. He said they had a push mower for 403. I said thats pretty expensive. He said with an attitude that they cost that much everywhere. I said I'll do some research and be back. He said "whatever" snatched the stuff off the counter and walked off. Horrible person. I'd assume all the poor reviews this place has is because of him. "Yeah man, have a good day and come see us if you need a mower. Thanks!" would have went a long way. But now I'll never go back, and I'll never recommend them. I honestly can't stress how terrible this place is. Go somewhere else. Trust me. By the way, home depot has push mowers for a little over 200. These people are overpriced drama queens

The man who waited on me seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find the item I needed. A woman I talk to later told me she will never go back there even though she had bought a mower from them.

Very easy going place. The guy behind the counter was working alone and had so many customers but he never missed a beat. And no one complained, he greeted everyone. We had a great experience.
