I have been a member at Workout company Houma for 6 years and the staff and members have become like family! It’s a very comfortable place to workout for any age and size person. The smoothies are a great post workout/snack lunch. I love the classes, especially combat ???? keep on rocking WOCO Houma !

Love love love my local gym! Group fitness classes at the workout co are my favorite! And the best part is getting a smoothie when I’m done working out ?The workout co also offers personal training and weight loss management.

Front desk has the best smoothies and post workout snacks. The manager is very helpful as well as the training staff. 10/10 recommend this gym.

Absolutely LOVE this place, Every time I walk in if feels like I’m hanging out with a bunch of my friends ! They know my name the have conversations with me, it’s just a great atmosphere. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
