“First time going here today for a tire repair. Was not aware at the time that they do not charge for tire repairs. This felt like a blessing after the week I was having. Destiny, specifically was amazing. She handled the rush very well even with less than ideal customers. I need some more services taken care of and they definitely earned my future business!!”

Every employee is welcoming and knowledgeable. Today we thought we would need a new tire but after going over our situation they informed us we'd be set with just a patch and had us up and ready to go in less than ten minutes. “As an offshore worker, I flew in from offshore and discovered that I had a flat tire. Took my truck to Nam’s to try to get my tire fixed. Unfortunately my tire was not repairable. Unfortunately my tire was not in stock but Nam’s was kind enough to put my spare tire on so I could make my 2 hour drive home. They did not even charge me. Super kind and understanding folks. Really thinking of making that two hour drive to Nam’s to get my next set of tires. A+ service. Highly recommend taking your vehicle to Nam’s!”

“I work offshore and on the way down I had a tire start to separate. I didn't know what it was I just know I barely wobbled into the Heli port. Once I got on the rig I called Southern Tire Mart of Houma and spoke with Niki. She was absolutely one of the nicest, most accommodating service professionals I've ever dealt with. She promised me they would take care of me and they went way above and beyond to get me out of a bind. I sent my keys to the heli port on the first chopper the next morning. Nikki got my keys at the heli port took my car mounted and balanced 4 new tires and had my keys back to me by the third helicopter that same day. I don't think I've felt more like top priority than I did with them. Good people and great service.”
“Been dealing with Shane for a good while, he’s very straightforward reasonably priced and quick turnarounds. On my recent vehicle he has installed a lift pump on my Duramax and at the present he replaced my EGR valve and cooler along with the DPF exhaust. All this was done very reasonably and done in a few days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!Services: Exhaust”
