Got a call truck was ready the day before I arrive and there's no truck so they tried to give me another truck it wouldn't start they also acted like my return location didn't exist although it's been there for over 40 years and is the main hub of the city I live in was forced to another location same trouble to return the truck was lied to and wasted alot of time I was told the call a number when I went to return it and they told me where to return it no option although I was told i would be gave a option nothing but trouble with uhaul all the way around even the return I was lied to about being emailed a recipet total disaster

The van was clean and drove wonderfully. I averaged 19.5 MPG for fuel. The staff at that location was friendly and answered all my questions. There "Best Rate Guarantee" had my total bill well under my anticipated costs. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Made online reservation for uhaul 1 week before we moved. Showed up the morning of the move to pick up the truck, and they told us that they didn't have the truck I reserved. The employees are grossly incompetent. To fix the problem, they offered us a truck at 6 pm and needed it to be returned by that night. Absolutely worst uhaul experience. Don't go here to make your move. Save time and frustration by going somewhere else.

I received a dolly with my uhaul rental that was damaged/cracked but still worked so I assumed them renting this to me meant they were aware of the damage being it was still usable. Well p*** poor on my part for not letting them know. They charged me an extra $75 for damages I didn't do! I'm upset but unfortunately there's nothing I can do. They need to be more thorough when inspecting especially BEFORE renting out damaged items! Now I have to pay for someone else's damage. Lesson learned!!!Too...they have the worst ratings for Uhaul in town!

Was earning a 5 star review until someone CUT MY DAM|\| LOCK OFF. NO NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL, TEXT OR EVEN THE WEBSITE WHERE I PAY RENT. i pay my unit a week in advance for nothing? Guess i gotta go buy a $400 cordless angle grinder now?????????????

Disgusting customer service! Will never be back to this location! Luckily corporate fixed it or I wouldn’t even use this company again! I reserved a truck days ahead and they decide to call me on my way to pick up to say they don’t have it when I had already hired movers off their site also. This place made my out of state move so miserable I’m not even excited for a new start anymore. I don’t think these people should be allowed to represent the uhaul brand, this is a highly trusted company and these people are dragging their name down! I should have known not to trust this location days before when I was struggling bringing a bundle of boxes in my car and the employee just stared at me and sat on his big @@@, he should have offered a cart or assistance. Thanks for nothing at all jerks!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced getting propane refilled. Called ahead. Spoke to Garrett who assure me they refilled tanks and had propane in stock. Got to the Houma, La location less than 10 minutes after call. Went inside to get assistance to refill propane tanks. Garrett had to call “the guy” who handles propane. After waiting another 10 minutes (this is with being THE ONLY CUSTOMER at the location) I went back in to ask if “the guy” had been called. Then an employee who was sweeping advised me it was going to be a while because he was in the middle of something. After another 5 minute wait, we left without propane. Apparently, neither Garrett, the employee sweeping the floor nor “the guy” know anything about quality customer service. If I could have rated this store and it’s employees a zero or negative number , I would have. My recommendation…..get your propane elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.

Of course at a time like this U-haul would go up on the prices!!! We were just hit by a major hurricane, the 1st thing they do when they get lights is RAISE the prices on storage! Terrible

I been calling they overpaid me! They rented me a truck for 2 days but supposed to be 1. Then when I made it to my old house they wanted to switch trucks saying someone needed it in the morning! I told them I was bringing it back later before 7am but was charged til 11th 7pm! They ended up taking more money off my card which she said it was a mistake no one called yet but I keep calling! I shouldn’t have to go in person! I just want my money back look like they not trying to give it back!!

I’ve rented equipment twice from this location and both times the service was nice the staff was friendly, professional, and was able to answer any questions I had. I dealt with Cherie I believe her name is both times and she was excellent. Would definitely recommend renting equipment from this location!
