On a good note, thank you Shelby for helping me pick a foundation! Not to mention she did it while she was helping someone else?! Would you look at that! I left feeling confident in the bm foundation. As for Kristen, who didn’t help me at all in the slightest bit.. do better sis. Considering your position, it’s ironic that you lack in customer service to the extent you do.

This location has a rep for bad customer service as other post has stated but I wanted to share my visit today. Me and my 16 year old daughter went in & immediately had 2 greet us. We kinda knew what we wanted but just wanted to look around. My daughter wondered off and someone offered to help she accepted. I had 2 offer me I kindly said no thanks bc what I wanted was only sold online. So I go to my daughter and this worker PAIGE was absolutely amazing. Tried 3-4 different products none of which my daughter was happy with so she said not to worry about it well PAIGE didn’t want to give uup and she finally found what she wanted!! In the end I also bought one bc she did such a amazing job. I hope Paige see this or getsRecognition bc now days good service is so hard to find!! Thank you again Paige! We appreciate you

Went in for a brow wax.. I was like 20 mins early but I still like to let them know I'm there just in case she can take me early...I walked up and brooke quickly turned away and walked off to put something back on the shelf so I wait.. she came back and still never said hello how can I help you nothing....I finally said hey I think I'm your 12:00 appointment she opened her drawer where he little I pad is...never once said hello or ok let me check.....her attitude was very much...your bothering me....she then finds my name and said Well just give me a second to clean upi said ok sure and walked off in the store i then decidedi dont need to be ignored and talk to like im inconvenienceing some at thier job so i left ....you can guarantee I will let the 4 people that I sent to her know how rude she has become lost business from atleast 5 people for sure today!!!!! Get some training brooke in customer service and if you don't like your job change it.

Worst service ever. I brought a picture and girl looked at it three times.inwas suppose to get hair colored black with purple highlights and hair cut. Told the chick exactly like the pic. Five hours later I walked out with a bowl cut and just black hair. No purple had to pay 159 dollars for boy hair cut and one color. I'm very disappointed. And now have to wear a hat

Went in there with my sister I’m not a makeup person but as we walking mind you she just came out of Ross so I’m looking in the mirror and they all looked at us as if we were going to steal then one the ladies walked from behind the counter to watch us so we politely walked out

After being ignored and waiting for 30 minutes I finally got acknowledged ????I don’t care about the price if I want something I’ll buy it but the customer service sucks and no one was absolutely no help at all the little help I did receive the lady wasn’t knowledgeable at all about different skin tones why sell products if you don’t have the knowledge they definitely need to get more workers with experience no worries though I’ll never go back again to a place where my money is good but not my presence I’ll pass… Dillards is definitely 1000 % on their ish when it comes to anything asked or needed

I didn't even bother buying anything because the employees are racist toward people of color. There were four employees at the resister and one near the entrance, and none of them greeted me as I walked by, even when I was within their line of sight.

It was my first time shopping for myself in the store. The girls there were very nice. The problem I had was that they didn't have the two brands I went there to purchase. Although they did have them online.
