package was shipped 24 hr. later in Houma 4 blocks from my house they sent it to Prairieville LA they sent it back to Houma they sent it to Baton Rouge then they sent it to New Orleans and they still ain't got it to me

Finding it is easy enough. Once I pulled in the parking lot and made no sense that the handicap spots were across the parking lot from the entrance. I asked to pick up package they told me that they couldn't look for the package cuz the people that sorted and it came in and they wouldn't be in until midnight. After waiting 35-40 minutes to speak to a postmaster I explained my issues. Only to be lied to like I don't understand tracking. If it says arrived at a specific place it was scanned in that place. Don't understand how they make since of a package going back and forth between facilities on either side of me. Or leaving the town I live in to go to another state then back to La. And want to say the post office changing. That's for sure. You pay for express shipping and it arrives a week and a have late. You move your mail back to the road like they force you to to get your mail for the mail carrier to leave the box open when it's pooring down raining. And I can't count the number of times my package was thrown halfway down a twenty foot walk way. Then most recently a package gone in and items removed then delivered a week late. Where is the honor and integrity that the company was founded on

Was expecting a package on 3-2-2025.. claimed could not deliverer due to animal interference. My dog was on my porch behind a closed gate. Why didn't you just leave the package under my awning..and another thing I have is my package that was supposed to be delivered on February 14th and she delivered to the wrong address. Do they not pay attention to address on package. Not the first time this happens

Usually, there's not much trouble in dealing with the postal workers when you have to go to the post office to pick up a package or mail something off. But, the biggest trouble I've had is when receiving packages mailed to my home address. I tend to order a lot of things online, as do many people nowadays, and everything seems to go smoothly until it reaches the Houma post office. After that, everything always seems to arrive late. Sometimes, things get left on the mail truck coming from New Orleans and get sent to Morgan City. Then, it makes it way around the state until it eventually re-arrives again in Houma. You can follow the route throughout the state with your tracking number after it leaves Houma. I've also had other people's mail delivered to my house many times, and I'm sure I've probably had my mail delivered to other people's addresses too.
Update 11/18/2024: Now, I'm missing a package that was not delivered because of an incomplete address. I've checked the online order, the only thing missing is 4 digits after the zip code for the route. As if anyone memorizes what their postal route number is.

This place is a joke! My delivery driver is always marking my mail as delivery attempted, no access (there is always access to my box and house), or like today it says I requested a pickup instead...which is not true as they were able to leave my other bigger package in my box but not the small one, make that make sense. I work the hours the office is open so I can't get my package. I keep getting neighbors mail, neighbors keep getting my mail.

Had time sensitive letter to mail. Flag was up. Postman put down flag left letter in box. Now I'm making a trip to deliver letter.

im not sure if the workers there just don’t want to do there job but i had 4 different packages supposed to be delivered today all ordered same day same place. i got 1 yesterday and all the rest are still stuck there. if i ordered at different times i can understand that but this is insane.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The only annoying thing is that there is no after hours drop box so I had to drive around town at 5:30 searching for a place to drop off my order package. A hassle that would be very easily fixed.
