They didnt air up the tires we just got put on. One was at 20psi which was crazy considering their brand new tires Asked the gentlemen too fill them. He checked them, Didnt fill them. Went too the gas station down the street too pay more too do their job. Which their suppose too be 51psi. Wouldnt recomend anyone too go here that place is a joke. Also had too retighten every last tires lugnuts

Closing in on a two-hour wait on an oil change plus fuel injection (still waiting as I write this). They told me they were doing fuel injection for half off, so I added it on to the service, not knowing it would take forever (and they told me it wouldn’t be too much longer of a wait). When I told the attendant I had been waiting much longer than they estimated, she was rude and told me there were cars ahead of me (the bay was open when I came and we pulled right in for the service) and that fuel injection takes a really long time, and that my wait was expected. If you like walking around Walmart for hours, by all means come get your oil changed here. The car service technician who took in my vehicle was actually kind and helpful, but that’s about the only thing positive I have to say about the experience.

Waited over an hour for 2 tires to be put on rims and they didn't even start on them . I decided to take my tires and get them Mounted elsewhere. This happened before same thing over an hour just to change one tire. They need to either hire more techs or do something. Because it shouldn't take more than an hour to change a single tire. I will be buying my tires from a separate dealer from now on and bring them to a tire shop to mount. They are alot faster.

Went in for an oil change. Spent two hours before I was told they didn't have an oil filter for my car so they couldn't change my oil. So I went by one and gave it to them. Three and a half hours later, I was told they didn't have a certain part and STILL couldn't change it. A total of seven hours wasted.

Does anyone answer the phone there? Called several times to speak to customer service and no one answers the phone! Also associates are not very friendly. They always seem to be grouping together talking and laughing among themselves. What ever happened to work ethic? Don't think about trying to complain to a manager. They don't take calls. This store has to be one of the worst stores to do business. The manager is ultimately responsible for the way the store operates. Says a lot about his ability to manage this store.

The auto center is absolutely terrible! I had my tire changed here and asked them if it was okay if I dropped off my car and could come pick it up after I got off work. They told me that was fine, and that even though their department closed at 6 I could still pay for my service and pick up my car after hours, all I had to do was pay for it up front and then they would give me my keys and I'd be good to go. I triple checked to make sure this was okay with 3 different people because I didn't want to get stuck in Houma (I live in Thibodaux) and all 3 told me I t was okay. Well fast forward to me coming back after I got off work. I went to customer service told them I was here to pick up my car and pay for it. They told me they didn't have any keys given to them from the auto center and had no idea I was coming. They proceeded to look for my keys for an hour while I just stood there waiting. They finally found my keys and my paperwork and went to cash me out up front. It wasn't working so they took me back to the automotive computer to ring me out and they still had no idea how to cash me out. I waited another 45 min for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to return the next morning to pay for and pick up my car. I was livid! This situation put me in a really big bind because I had to find somebody to give me a ride from Houma to Thibodaux and someone to give me a ride back to Houma the next morning to get my car! When I came back the next day to get my car they still had issues ringing me out, I told them I wasn't happy and told them about everything that happened the night before and how I was upset because I had made sure to ask if it was okay! The manager Val then followed me to my car and asked me again what had happened. I told her the whole story once again and she apologized and was very kind and told me that because of all the trouble she would be giving me a free oil change! She told me that when I was ready for it to just come back in and they would get it taken care of! Well today I went back to get my oil changed and told the gentleman what happened and that Val said she was taking care of my oil change and he told me there was nothing he could do for me because she wasn't present. She never told me anything about her having to be there so now I've wasted my time once again coming to this disaster of a place! Learn how to take care of your customers, there is no reason I should have to go through any of this trouble!
