“My first time coming to Rainbow in over 20 years and it's a game changer! I was drawn in by the cutest sandals ($12!) in the display window and ended up in there over an hour. I heard leadership reprimanding her for not yet taking her 15, while the line was completely full. She had very little backup with the line. Her level-headed and kind nature deserves recognition! She has the real skills of being in a leadership position.”
